I chosse this song because  stan walker appreciates every thing that his mum did for him when he had cancer and the tune of the song makes me tears in my eyes.

Hanukkah Brainstorm

My reflection
I think adding in the images is easy because we know a lot of images about Hanukkah. I think finding out the food they eat was hard because there are not a lot to choose from.  I think I need to work on is putting more facts about Hanukkah we didn't put a lot of facts about it.

Flower Artwork

My Reflection:
I was learning to create a piece of artwork using multi-media.
I found it easy to paint it because I used small brush strokes.
I found it hard to draw the flower to fill the space.
I need to work on doing it all by my self. I think I need to work on my drawing skills a bit more.

Hockey Skills

My refection

I was learning about different skills during six hockey workshops.

I learnt how to hold the stick correctly.

I learnt at hockey skills that you need to keep your stick on the ground. I found hitting the hockey ball hard because I always hit hard. I found it easier to control the ball as we did more hockey workshops.

Olympic Tagul

My Reflection:
I was learning to expand my vocabulary about the Olympics.
I found it hard to think of words for P, Z and W.
I found it easy to think of words for N and A.
I need to work on knowing more words about the Olympics.

Pepeha Art

My reflection:
I was learning to create a visual representation of my Pepeha. I found coloring my mountain hard because i'm not that good at coloring in the lines. I found drawing the details easy because we saw one of someones awesome art so it gave some ideas. I liked coloring because there were a lot of colours to choose from. I want to work on my coloring because I think there is white spaces and I need to fill these in.

Te Tuhi Visit

My Reflection:
In term 1 I went to Te Tuhi.
We did Wish You Were Here workshop.
This is my picture.
I enjoyed drawing my design because I can draw a big or small house.

We have been learning to run relay races with Youthtown.

It was fun running relays but it was tricky when tagging the other person.

Yesterday the whole school did the haka and it starts by putting our hands out then to our chests. When we did the haka we saw Mr Fletcher on the roof because he took a video of us. I am good at the days of the week in Maori but I am also good at the colours. Jayden
